CONVENTION REGISTRATION

  • The last day to register is June 14, 2024.

  • The Registration Fee covers Social Events, Food, and Educational Sessions.

 

FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does my Convention Registration Fee per person NOT include?

Personal Expenses: Each attendee is responsible for all costs associated with transportation to the conference, hotel accommodations, and any personal incidentals incurred during the stay.

 

Is there a separate registration for a spouse or guest?

Yes.  You can register your spouse or guest two separate ways:

  1. Thursday/Friday/Saturday registration allows your guest to attend all the evening events with you.  This includes the reception and dinner on Thursday evening, dinner and off-site event on Friday evening, and the President’s Awards Dinner on Saturday evening. 
     

  2. Saturday Evening Only registration allows your guest to attend the President’s Awards Dinner on Saturday evening.

 

When should I arrive in St. Louis?

If you are an FAC member or former Franchisee of the Year, arrive by Wednesday afternoon.  We have a dinner in your honor on Wednesday evening, meeting in the hotel lobby at 5:15 pm.  RSVP to Jenn Hotze.

If you are attending one of the Thursday optional trips, arrive on Thursday in time for your scheduled trip. (More information on these activities will be available under the Registration tab soon.)

​If you are a full registrant for the Convention with no other obligations, arrive to the hotel by Thursday late afternoon.

What does the Convention Registration Fee per person include?

  • Registration and Convention Packet with name badge

  • Vendor Stores (MPG, ABC and the FISH Distribution Center)

  • All Educational and Panel Sessions

  • Reception and dinner Thursday beginning

  • Breakfast Buffet Friday and Saturday

  • All sessions and handouts

  • All refreshment breaks Friday and Saturday

  • Lunch Friday and Saturday

  • Off-site event Friday evening, including dinner

  • President’s Awards Dinner

 

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

 

Cancellations between May 1 and June 14, 2024, are subject to a 50% penalty.

 

No refunds are given after June 14, 2024.

 

Registrations are non-transferrable after June 14, 2024.

 

BADGES

Wear your name badge to ALL events, but it is not required at the President’s Award Dinner. There will be a dinner ticket inside your badge for table seating.

Wearing your name badge to all events helps everyone to get to know each other better.

SESSION TIPS

  1. Review all materials that are available on this website and that you will receive by email and at the Registration Table.

  2. Study the hotel floor plan.

  3. One person may not be able to attend all of the breakout sessions.  Review the topics and devise a plan to participate in the topics that interest you.

  4. Choose the sessions you plan to attend and then locate the meeting rooms on the hotel floor plan.

  5. Please turn off all cell phones during sessions.

 

DRESS

  • Dress for meetings will be business casual. FISH shirts are always appropriate.  St. Louis is typically hot and humid in July but indoor events will be air conditioned.  If you are from a very warm climate, you will feel cold inside!  Consider bringing a jacket.  Wear comfortable shoes.

  • Dress for Thursday evening is FISH attire/business casual.

  • Dress for Friday day is FISH attire/business casual.   

  • Dress for Friday evening is summer casual.

  • Dress for Saturday evening is business formal. Women are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses or pant suits and men are encouraged to wear suits or sports coats.

HOTEL / PARKING

The hotel offers complimentary free parking for FISH attendees and guests over the course of convention dates. The hotel does not provides a shuttle service. See the Transportation & Parking tab above for more information.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT

  • Use a taxi service or Uber

  • Car service – JED Transportation is one you will probably be familiar with from your Discovery Day:  314-429-2200

  • FISH is working with a local shuttle service to provide transportation back to the airport on Sunday morning to help everyone.  It will be on a first-come-first-served basis. 

​

EXPENSES

Each attendee is responsible for transportation to the hotel, hotel room accommodations, and any personal incidentals incurred during the stay.

Please note: Registration fees cover only a portion of the costs of meetings, events and food. Fish Window Cleaning Services and sponsors subsidize a large portion of this convention.
