Chesterfield, MO
Incorporated in 1988, Chesterfield is located approximately 25 miles west of downtown St. Louis along Interstate 64. It's a great destination for family fun and features landmarks, parks, and the world's longest strip mall as part of Chesterfield Commons. This is in the area commonly called The Valley, and was the site of major flooding in the Great Flood of '93 when the local levee broke and the entire area was under feet of water (see photo below with the Doubletree close to the flood!). Since then, the levee has been raised and strengthened, which promoted much growth of the city to what it is today.
Top Golf - 3.6 miles from hotel
Butterfly House - 2.3 miles from hotel
The World's longest strip mall: Chesterfield Commons - 2.7 miles from hotel
The District Outlet Mall - 3.0 miles from hotel
St. Louis Premium Outlet Mall - 6.2 miles from hotel
