AWARDS QUALIFICATIONS

Convention awards are presented to the franchise owner that attends the Convention. In the event the owner is not attending, the award will be presented to his or her representative in attendance.

 

FRANCHISEE OF THE YEAR

Qualifications

  • Franchisee who gets the work done, in other words does not have a large percentage of voided work orders and completes a high percentage of work within the scheduled week.

  • Franchisee who continues to grow his or her business by at least 300 new accounts annually.

  • Be amongst the top performers in growth metrics during the past year.

  • Franchisee who exhibits exemplary customer service.

  • Franchisee who has a positive attitude towards his or her franchise operation and the franchise organization.

  • Franchisee who spends time talking with prospects.

  • Franchisee who supports the preferred vendor program.

  • Franchisee who has been in business at least five years.

The Franchisee of the Year recipient will receive a complimentary one week's stay at one of the five FISH properties.

 

NAVIGATORS

The Navigator Award is given to those franchisees who do a great job with validation calls. This includes talking with prospects on the phone, having them come to their office, and showing them the benefits of owning FISH. They email or call the name of a prospective franchisee with whom they have talked with to the Franchise Development Department.

 

RECRUITER AWARD

Any franchisee who actively promotes a FISH franchise to friends or family members, ultimately leading to the purchase of a new FISH franchise. This award will be given the year the franchise is successfully opened.

 

PINNACLE $100,000+ PRODUCTION

The Pinnacle Award is given to those franchisees who achieved a royalty production growth of $100k or more within the FISH Calendar Year in a single territory (52-week royalty year). The Pinnacle Award recipients will receive a complimentary one week's stay at one of the five FISH properties.

 

QUICK START(S)

A franchisee that truly hit the ground running from day 1, producing at least $24,000 in their first 16 weeks of business.

OUTSTANDING GROWTH

The Top 5 franchisees who have been in the FISH system for 3 full calendar years and achieved the highest percentage of growth in one territory year over year. To be eligible, franchisees must have joined the system before December 31, 2021.

 

RISING STAR

Rising Star is given to one franchisee from each district by their Franchise Support Specialist. This award recognizes the achievements of a franchisee in all aspects of their business from growth to profit to compliance with their Franchise Agreement.

 

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

The franchisee who has exhibited exemplary performance during their first 12 months in business. This includes sales, growth, and management. The Rookie of the Year is a franchisee to keep your eye on. They are on their way to dominating their market. The Rookie of the Year Award recipient will receive a complimentary one week's stay at one of the five FISH properties.

 

SOARING EAGLE(S)

A franchisee who buys an existing business and takes it to a higher level.

 

STAR PERFORMER - SMALL

The top 5 franchisees within a small market population who has the highest total revenues within the FISH Calendar Year. The Star Performer Award recipients will receive a complimentary one week's stay at one of the five FISH properties.

 

STAR PERFORMER - STANDARD

The top 5 franchisees within a standard market population who has the highest total revenues within the FISH Calendar Year. The Star Performer Award recipients will receive a complimentary one week's stay at one of the five FISH properties.

 

STAR PERFORMER - EXECUTIVE

The top 5 franchisees within an executive market population who has the highest total revenues within the FISH Calendar Year. The Star Performer Award recipients will receive a complimentary one week's stay at one of the five FISH properties.

TOP PRODUCERS

Any franchisee cleaning over $1 million in total revenues within the FISH Calendar Year, either individually or in combined locations. The Top Producer Award recipients will receive a complimentary one week's stay at one of the five FISH properties.

 

TOP SALES

Franchisees who sold 500 or more new accounts in a single territory within the FISH Calendar Year. The Top Sales Award recipient will receive a complimentary one week's stay at one of the five FISH properties.
